What is AGPO?

Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) is a Kenyan government programme that reserves 30% of all public procurement for businesses owned by Youth (18-35), Women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Established under Executive Order No. 2 of 2013.
