These terms are between you and Fanel Limited ('Fanel', 'we', 'us'), a company registered in Kenya. Contact: info@fanel.co.ke

By creating a Fanel account, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms and all applicable Kenyan laws, including the Data Protection Act 2019.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use Fanel for unlawful purposes.

2. Credits and Billing

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use AI-powered features. Credits are non-refundable once used. Subscription fees are billed in KES and processed via M-Pesa or card through IntaSend.

3. Your Data

You own the data you enter into Fanel. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or technical issues.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fanel after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
