You get a 14-day trial — no credit card required — with tight caps (10 deals, 50 contact reveals, 30 outreach sends). After the trial, go Solo or Team to keep the full allowance; your data stays with you either way.

Fanel is optimised for Education, Healthcare, Financial Services (SACCOs, MFIs), NGOs & Development, Real Estate & Property, Retail & Distribution, and Technology & Digital Services. You can also select "Other" during onboarding if your sector isn't listed — Fanel adapts its AI to your specific business.

Every Fanel plan (Solo and Team) includes the same core: finding buyers in the directory, drafting outreach you approve, and tracking your deals — with 100 contact reveals per seat each month. Team adds a manager view across sellers and deal reassignment. Need more reveals in a busy month? Add a reveal pack anytime via M-Pesa.

You can still use all non-limited features — your deals, contacts, meetings, and calendar. When you hit a limit on prospects, campaigns, or AI emails, you'll see an upgrade prompt with the next plan. For documents, you can buy document packs anytime from the Billing page.

We accept M-Pesa via STK Push — enter your Safaricom number, confirm the payment on your phone, and you're done. All prices are in KES. Card payments are also available through our secure payment gateway.

Subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of a charge get a full refund; after that, refunds are pro-rated to your remaining time. Document and reveal packs are refunded based on what's unused. Contact info@fanel.co.ke and we'll sort it out.

Fanel finds the right buyers in the directory for what you sell, drafts personalised email, WhatsApp, and SMS outreach you approve before it goes out, monitors replies, and tracks every deal through your funnel — all trained on Kenyan business culture and communication styles.

Yes. Your data is stored securely on enterprise-grade infrastructure with automatic backups. We never sell your data, and only share it with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy who help us run Fanel — never with other users or unrelated third parties. Yes. You can invite team members with different roles — Admin, Finance, Business Development, or Member — each with appropriate access levels. Solo is one seat; Team is two or more sellers, each with their own seat and reveal allowance, plus a manager view across the whole team.
