What happens if my M-Pesa payment fails?

If the STK push expires without a PIN entry, or your M-Pesa balance is insufficient, you will receive an SMS with a payment link. You can retry the payment immediately from the link or from Settings → Billing → Pay Now. Your account remains fully active for 7 days after a failed payment before any features are restricted.
