How do I understand why a company was recommended?

Tap any company card to open its full profile. At the bottom of the profile you will see a "Why Scout recommended this" section showing the specific signals that generated the recommendation (sector match, company size, activity indicators). This is Zara's scoring explained in plain language — no black box.
