Closing faster: using Kali and Documents together

Move a responded deal to closed won using the full Fanel toolkit.

You have sent a document, updated the deal stage, and noted learnings.

Steps (8)

    Identify a "Responded" deal in your pipeline with high Kali urgency.

  2. 2

    Review the company profile and message history in Contacts.

  3. 3

    Generate an LPO or Proposal (whichever fits the deal stage) from Documents.

  4. 4

    Send via email directly from Fanel or download and send manually.

  5. 5

    Set a pipeline note with the document sent date and agreed follow-up date.

  6. 6

    Move the deal to "Meeting Booked" or "Closed Won" once confirmed.

    Review: what did you learn about this prospect from Scout that helped close the deal?

    Checkpoint: Document sent, deal stage updated, learnings noted for next similar deal.
