What do the pipeline stages mean?

Fanel's pipeline has five stages: New Lead (saved from Scout, not yet contacted), Contacted (Mosi sequence active), Responded (they replied), Meeting Booked, and Closed Won. Each stage reflects where the relationship actually is — not just where you hope it is. Kali monitors movement between stages and alerts you when deals haven't progressed.
