Why is one company ranked higher than another in my pipeline?

Kali ranks pipeline deals by urgency, not by potential. Urgency is calculated from: time since last activity (deals going cold rank higher), stage (deals that have been in one stage too long get flagged), and Zara's fit score (higher-fit companies get a priority boost). The deal at the top of your Kali view needs your attention most urgently — not necessarily the biggest potential deal.
